Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept all major credit and debit cards excluding American Express. If you are shopping from outside the UK (not available at present), place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.
We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, snail mail or securely over the Internet.
If you would like some of your products to be sent to a different delivery address you will need to place a separate order for each address.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. |
Shipping And Handling Orders of £25 or over are delivered FREE (Royal Mail 2nd Class) within the United Kingdom and the Channel Islands. We pay all handling and delivery charges right to your door.

As long as the item is in perfect and re-sellable condition, it can be returned to us via mail on the condition that you obtain proof of postage or send via recorded delivery, or you can take it to our shop to receive your refund. If you decide to return the item to our shop, please provide proof of purchase.
In the unusual event that a product is faulty, it will also be exchanged or refunded in full, provided that you notify us of the damage within 7 days of receipt (via email, letter, phone or in person). |
