 | Aromatherapy Essential Oils
Essential oils should not be used directly on the skin and should be combined with "Carrier Oils" to be massaged into the skin or used as follows:
Bathing: Add 5 to 10 drops directly to your bath
Bath Oils: 2 drops of essential oil to a teaspoon of Carrier Oil added to your bath
Sauna: Add 2-3 drops of oil to 500ml (17 fl.oz) water and add to the heat source
Massage Oil: 2-3 drops in 1 teaspoon (5ml) of carrier oil
